The proposed purchase of cruise missiles for the australian airforce has not only pissed off some of our neighbours, but highlights concerns that Australia is making defence purchases that are suitable for our armed forces to integrate with the American military in a large scale conflicts such as between the Koreas or Taiwan and China.
We have even upset an old ally on the other side of the Tasman who perhaps should support a home grown product.
